Getting Fender Guitar Parts

Posted by admin  Published in Fun

I bought an old beat-up guitar from a friend of mine, a Fender Duosonic. He had it when he was in college and he kind of beat it to death. I’m going to try to restore it but I’ve got to find a good, cheap, source of guitar parts. I need new knobs and a faceplate and a tuning peg or two.

Oh, and I’m going to need Fender Duosonic Electronics and Pickups also. The guitar doesn’t produce anything but static right now when you plug it into an amp. I guess I’m going to have to pay someone to rewire it so I might as well spend a little and have them upgrade it then. Well, I guess I at least got the guitar for free.
